Just wondering where you have to go to get parts and service on the Tractor King and what for warrenty do they offer. I hope they are better than the other Chinese tractors that Farm and Fleet sold they had oil pans under them on the show room because they leaked so bad.

Go back and re-read my words. I never recommended the Rural King, nor did I tie my reputation to any of the brands mentioned in this thread. I simply used Gambel77's own words, and used his own illustrated example to point out that there are better values, bigger tractors, stronger machines, more features. Get your facts straight.

Go to the Rural King dealership. The tractors are made by Foton, a company with a far better quality reputation than Jinma. Not the best tractor on the market in terms of quality control, but considering you can get one for $9000 to $10,000 less, you can certianly use a few of those saving dollars for repairs should they be needed.

I could compare features of tractors I wanted all day long, but at the end of the day I think price would have a massive baring on the choice. Thats the whole point of this post, saying how Kioti is cheaper for what you get thatn Kubota)

You are correct, that was the whole point to Gambel77's post, and that was simiply the point to my post. Why such an obvious point evades some people is beyond belief.

RedDog asked: ( what model Kubota my tractor competes against? And while were at it, what model Kubota competes against the Tractor King?)

Honestly I don't think Kubota makes a tractor that would compete with either of those tractors. But that goes to my prior post that it is really pointless to compare tractor to tractor when in fact matching tasks to tractors is a far better thing to do when you are looking for the best tractor for your needs.

No, actually it is not called Sarcasm. I suggest you look the word up in the dictionary. As for what I did, all I did was exactly what Gambel77 did. I used his example. I simply applied a different brand.

Really. You do not think the M6800 competes head to head with the DK65? I do.

I also think the M8200 competes with the "mighty" Tractor King. I do not know what the new Bota model numbers are. /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

I believe there are numerous task they could be compared to. Ex: Plowing, discing, field mowing, loader work, just to name some.

Bob, please try to be a little more humble in your approach next time.. Im not here to pass judgement on you, i actually do respect some of your advise you have given to others, sometimes you do overstep your bounds, sometimes we all do...

No.

Ok - I actually found the Rural King / Tractor King website. Warranty = 6 months. Now I'm beginning to see the value of these things. /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif That's sarcasm - and now I'm going to bed. /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif As with any other evening, I can't wait to see what tomorrow will bring. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I think that's quite enough, folks. No further good will come of this discussion. All parties have beaten it to death and the name calling has started. If I had moderator privs in this forum I would have closed it quite a while ago. Best to make your point and let it stand for what it is than to keep trying to convince those that are not convincable. This goes for both sides of this argument. Let it go, get over it, move on, please.

No I don't see any comparison.

As usual you didn't understand what I was saying to Gamble about his aproach to sales. My comment was in regards to selling by bad mouthing other products. And if you do want to get into in regards to Ford versus Chevy you probably don't want to go there. I own over 45 pickups and vans. That is both Chevy and Ford. All are tracked for maintenance and service. You might be surprised about which one has the least expenses.

NO the Kubota people respect all others along with John Deere and New Holland. In fact they all get along together. This whole thread started by Gamble posting pics of two tractors that are not apples to apples and then others making uncalled for remarks about the Kubota and in sense saying the Kioti is better than the Kubota. I am glad you guys have your Kioti but don't tell me it is the better tractor out there by making comments like where's the rest of the tractor, where's the weight or for the price of them you would think you would get more. And the statement that Kubota copied Kioti's design.
