Clean knotter assembly, lube it and any other grease zerk on the baler. Get a bale of hay if you do not have any loose hay/grass available, Hook up tractor to baler, start pto to baler and feed in some loose grass/hay. Have second person trip knotter. If it knots a tight knot - good to go. Make adjustments if needed.
