Here's my experience. And I will preface this by saying I would start at what you have in the machine and work my way down if forced to. I had a green 5310, 2002 model w/FEL, grapple and forks that I bought new. I wanted a 5090 so I parked mine in front of my property by the road and hung a sign on it. I wanted $26,000 for it. Had multiple interest in it but mostly people wanting to get a steal. So the time came I had to do the deal on miss out because JD basically has no tractors to speak of right now. So I traded it for $23,500. Fast forward a month and my tractor was in and got delivered. They picked up my 5310. Two days later I get a call from the new owner because I had the shop manual and a bunch of parts that I wanted to sell whoever bought it. When he came to pick up said items he told me he gave $26,000 for the machine and got a 30 day 50/50 warranty that he was going to use to get the starter replaced. The dealer had to change out the gage cluster because the fuel level meter didn't work. ($500+). So I was pretty much on the money with the price but ran out of time.
