General Maintenance question for my tractor..

i have a 2011, r4041.. for some reason i couldnt find the oil filter that i need.. i did a check online and nothing came up except a package option.. but that still didnt say the oil filter type..

im at my 50 hour check.. can someone please give me the oil filter spec so i can go down to napa, or ace hardware, or possibly even walmart to get my oil filter.. i assume it will have to be cross-referenced

since where at it.. does someone have the info on hydralic oil and fuel filter

There is a thread in the LS forum about filters. You don't like your dealer. I found mine to cost less from the dealer.

i found this thread.. but its for the 4041 "EZ".. i dont have the ez.. but is the info still correct?

Look for my post in that filter thread. Yes the filters are the same. I did not list a filter for a hydro model but shuttle and EZ models use the exact same filters

just to summarize and confirm.. the filters/info for an R4041 is:

1) There are 3 drain plugs for the hydraulic fluid.

2) The manual says it takes 11.4 gallons of hydraulic fluid. I found that it only takes about 10.

3) Oil capacity calls for 1.9 gallons. I found that it only takes about 1.5 with filter.

As for the filters, I used all NAPA brand.

Air: (Inner) NAPA 2985 (Outer) NAPA 6438

Hydro: NAPA 1715

Fuel: NAPA 3128

Oil: NAPA 1064 (has bypass and anti drainback)

In that post I state "hydro". I should have clarified that to read hydraulic so not to be confused with the "hydro" trans.
