OK, a few questions.
If it is complete loss of all hydraulics, movement and FEL/3pt, check driveshaft connection to HST.

1. Hydro oil level ok?
2. Sudden loss or gradual?
3. Was unit operating when the hydraulics were lost.
4. Condition of gear teeth inside HST (assuming spur gear and pump are ok)
5.Suction filter clean?
6.Any leaks or collapsed hoses between the suction filter and pump?
7. FEL?

hyd level ok lost hydraulics first then hydrostatic after, was using it when it went, gears look ok, suction filter good shape, no collapse hoses, when I pulled gear cover off a ball bearing fell out?? all bearings look good? pump looks ok spur gear looks ok?

Most likely internal failure in the pump. From what I've read, the valve assembly on top prioritizes flow to the hydro 1st, steering 2nd, then FEL/3pt last. If the pump begins to lose pressure, the FEL/3pt operation will be affected first. No idea what the ball bearing is from, but every pump failure/removal I've read mentions it falling out.
How many hours on tractor, hydro fluid? What brand of fluid are you using?

The hydraulics are hooked in series. I believe the flow goes from the pump to loader to three point. I assume your hydro is working if you can still drive it and the PTO works. If so then the pump is probably OK. If that is true than probably your issue is a faulty quick coupler between the loader valve and the loader.

no hydro either??? one thing I did try before dismantling was I had pump out turn drive shaft and spur gear were pump goes in does not turn??

The pump shaft does not turn? If the pump does not turn when disconnected completely, pretty good indication that it is seized up.
You should not be able to turn the gear inside the hydro, it is connected to the transmission/engine.
