GC-2300 Light Switch

I was wondering about the light switch. If the switch is in the off possition and you turn it to the right the headlights and tail lights come on, but can you turn it to the left of the off possition and if so what does it do? I can't turn mine that way but there is a picture for something like just marker lights. If it don't turn that way then why did they put a picture to the left of the off possition?

Mine on the 2310 doesn't turn that way either. Dumb place to put that graphic that means lights.

Is that a push button in the middle of the switch? Almost looks like you push it in to move the switch.

mine looks like that and it does look like a push button...but if you push it...nothing happens...I thought it might have been a horn. My last iseki (bolens) had a horn.....so...I don't know what the little button thing is.

The Instruction Book and wiring diagram do not show the extra symbol. My best guess would be that they use a generic cover plate for different models. If you really want to look at it, open the hood, reach under, depress the clips and pop it out. While it's out, apply some waterproofing to the switch to stop the blinkers from flashing when it gets wet.
