I have just about finished a horse barn that will be connected to a pasture, im wanting access to pasture without having to open a gate. i have seen a "zig-zag" type walk thur gap but dont know the correct size so horses wont be able to pass thur or possibly get stuck. Has anybody seen or know what im talking about?

Yes I've seen one on a cattle chute, the corner on the turn was tight and so was the zig- zag portion, seems like it was about 28". Enough where they couldn't get in and make the turn.

Yes, I have also seen those zig, zags. You can also make a style...steps/A frame that go over the fence. It would work for most pasture animals...except possibly goats...
