I have a tiller and a 3 row lister

should i till first the list in the rows or just list...

I want to put the garden in rows this year.

Or should I be looking for something to 'deep break' more than 3-14's lister.....

I can till up to 8" deep with my tiller, KK 48 on the bota. Dont know of any reason to go deeper than that.
