Pointy,
Recently, I took a sample (seat belt bracket) off my recently acquired (last April)
B7500 to my local Lowes and we did a computer match for the Valspar 'Anti-Rust Armor' Industrial Maintenance Enamel (oil-base) and got this:
Kubota Gray:
(for 1 gallon...)
Base: 21829 Gloss Clear Base
Tints: 101-8Y39, 107-24.5, 109-6, 113-2Y27
(the '101', '107', etc are the tint colors & the other codes are the quantities)
Note that there was also a "B 4-49437' code number on the tint label that appears to reference the Base - the '21829' number is on the front (label) of the can. Maybe your local Lowes paint mixer can figure it out.
In preliminary tests, this is so close as one could hardly distinguish any difference with the original (tested in obscure areas - i.e. areas of no sun fading).
I'd use this as a 'point of departure' and for comparison - but you may want to do what I did and just take a part off your tractor and have them scan it. Seems I recall the rep saying they just got a new 'mixer' - so it's easily conceivable that your formula could vary ever so slightly.
FYI -- hope this helps,
