my new holland tc 40 i ran low on fuel and could not get it to start i changed fuel filter and bled air from lines. Have fuel to injector pump but i can't get fuel to my injectors they won't bleed can't get a drop out

After bleeding the filter, did you bleed the pump? Look at your owners manual for the correct fuel system bleeding proceedure.

I would 2nd checking the owners manual for your specific tractor.

Otherwise, Messicks has some service pointers; I think the bleed procedure is from the manual
