Fuel tank cap hard to open for refuelling

I don't have a Kioti, but my Kubota RTV 900 is the same way. I really have to strain to get it off and being as it is kind of up in a recessed hole, makes it very hard to get but one hand on it. I too have resorted to a strap wrench occasionally since it is about 4.5" in diameter, channel locks don't fit too well. I put some grease on it but that didn't seem to help. Maybe some graphite, but I don't have any of that.

Gary,My 2006 RTV 900 was the same way.I was told by my dealer they had a bad batch of fuel caps that were very hard to get off.The dealer switched out mine for free.The new cap is much easier to use now.

I don,t have any issues with my fuel cap on my 2012 Kioti,comes off pretty easy.
