Oil & Fuel fuel question

Where I get my offroad diesel ,on the pump it says it has a high sulfer content, could this give me problem or is it normal for offroad diesel to have this?

It's probably just #2 fuel oil with dye added.

Some people on this forum think the sulfur is needed for injector pump lubrication. Think it's a bunch of bunk. The sulfur certainly won't do any harm other than give a stinkier exhaust and gunk up your oil a bit more than lower sulfur.

JD says only run low Sulphur content fuel, but I doubt you'll find anything different. The process that removes the sulphur also strips some of the lubricity from the fuel. I'd recommend a good additive in all fuel like FPPF Total Power.
