Oil & Fuel Fuel Problem

Massey Ferguson MF30 Perkins 4 cyl. Had fuel shut off and drove it until it quit. Now it wont start at all. Does the fuel system need to be primed? If so, how?

Remove the fuel filter and make sure that it is full of fuel.
