I've never seen a bad injector. I worked at a tractor dealership and used a tester and never seen a bad one. We have six tractors here. Never an injector problem. Oldest is a Fordson Power Major 1958. I have seen it on trucks from having a chip with the fuel turned up too high. Weakens the springs in injectors and they over fuel when it is put back to normal. But as far as run of the mill injector problems, no.

Agreed-normally not needed.
I have cured the occasional "sick" diesel with a quart of ATF in the fuel tank.
Good Luck!

Run good quality fuel and change the filter on schedule.

My impression is the best way to deal with injectors when you are not experiencing a problem, is by leaving them alone.

Is injector cleaner available for diesel engines? I suppose so, there are so many of them in operation...Snake oil or beneficial, have no way to know at my end.
