Oil & Fuel Fuel filter

Anyone have a cross reference part number for the standard fuel filter, MM435-190? I do not have a problem at this time but I noticed that the bleeder screws are messed up and I would like to have a replacement filter on hand. I've only owned the tractor for 2 months. Also, anyone have any information on the Speedco grader blade (3 point hitch) #276780?

Oops, I guess I should have posted which tractor I have. Satoh S-370D Beaver. The grader blade's brand is SpeeCo, got carried away there!!!
