Fuel filter issues

CK3510 - New fuel filters don't have the water separator cup on the bottom with electric monitor attached. Any possible types available?

I replaced the water strainer / separator on my Kubota with a Racor 215r2 2 micron filter / separator. They have optional water sensors and heaters available, but I don't have either.

I use the Chinese equivalent to the expensive Racor base (it's exactly the same as the Racor base for about 1/4 the cost) and Genuine Racor water block filters. 5 micron for me and I also have the 12 volt heater in the clear base unit.
