I was driving the tractor back and noticed the fuel cap was lower than the hood on the tractor and gauge was reading close to full, i new there must only be 1/2 full though. Tractor was running fine, so got some screw drivers to get the cap off. I guess the vent must be clogged or cap on too tight? Whatever the the cap popped back up and gauge went to 1/2 full when i got it loose. it must have been down at least an inch. Is there something else i should be checking other than making sure vent is ok or do not tighten real tight?
