1951 Ferguson TO-30
Hello , I just picked up a 1950ish Ferguson TO-30 , is this something I would use lead substitute additive in or just Marvel mistery oil. And help would be great.

Lead additive is used to raise the octane rating and lube the valves...
That is a low compression engine, reg pump gasoline will work fine... the issue with valve lube should not be a problem. That engine should have adequate cooling at the valves. KennyV

People need to use the search function....

The N Fords had hardened valve seats. I would think that the Fergies, with their common heritage, would be likewise and not need the lube.
