Frost Free Hydrant Failure

On a related front - can anyone tell me the manufacturer of this hydrant? I need to replace the plunger and all the replacements I have tried are too large? There is no manufacturer name on the hydrant itself.

I don't recognize that hydrant and evidently the manufacturer wasn't very proud of it since it doesn't have a name but it looks similar to a Campbell CYH-2 Frost-Proof Yard Hydrant 3/4" I found on google.


Or if that doesn't get results and you know the diameter of the plunger required you might call DEAN BENNETT SUPPLY at 800-621-4291 and visit with them for parts. I've never talked to them so I have no idea how they are to deal with.

weird, i installed 6 frost frees 15 years ago, there down 5 feet into the ground and NONE have needed repair or replacement. I must have charmed water or something. Id hate to think of the hassle of digging them up to replace...yeiks
