Frontier mowers

I am looking at a 15 foot batwing finish mower from Frontier. Does anyone know what this unit should cost? My dealer told me $13000. I think thats high. Does anyone know the price of a Befco finish bat wing?

~~~ about 2 summers ago... I ordered one for ~~ $8400 (pkg priced so this is approximate).. (15'), then changed the order to a 12' prior to shipment and was about $400. less...

Isn't Frontier actually a woods product? I don't know. When I bought my tractor I was looking at a boxblade that was painted green and had a frontier logo on it. The dealer told me it was actually made by Woods.

I think you are correct in that Frontier is made by Woods. If memory serves me correctly, Frontier products were to be sold through the John Deere dealer networks as a less expensive machine than the JD equipment. Kind of a consumer product.

Have you been happy with the Befco? I have had a Woods and Land Pride at work, but this one's on ME so I have no room for error. I am looking at mowing 30-35 acres of turf, I will need a good cut. I will be pulling it with a Kubota M4700. What do you pull your 12 footer with.

What part of the country do you live...??? We had two in stock sold one last week and have one more to sell at great price....We have sold both LandPrides and Frontier (Woods).

The Frontier is a better machine. Heavier components.
