Traction Front wheel drive not operating

The wheel does look crooked. It looks like it is cambered one way in one pic and then the other way in the other pic.

Yes I have bent both axles on the trailer, the back one twice cause I rolled it over to bend it back and over bent it. Too much weight for the 3500# axles, but they will be replaced once all the dirt is moved. Done to about 5 trailer loads left.. yeah...

Worked a little on the front end today, took the front plate holding the axle in place off and could see the gear, but it was not turning, so after the spoil is all moved, i will be taking the axle all the way apart to see what is wrong.
