Front Tire cupping

There is one detailed logical explanation. Not disputed or discussed, mostly ignored.
Perhaps because not many are convinced that it is in fact the cause of the O. P. problem.

They will be tilting at windmills for a while. This is not a new or unique phenomenon. It may be a new discussion here but TBN does not attract a majority of mainstream Ag where this type of complaint is more common. There are a very few front axle and wheel adjustments and inspections to be made, if they are all good it is going to be roading on specific types of surfaces that created the wear. The OP cannot say one way or another because he recently purchased the tractor.

This is what is so great about forums, everyone gets to post an opinion, and everyone gets to take it or leave it. Its all good and not hurting anyone.

No hurry, have plenty of time to work on it

Exactly! And until if/when the O.P. finds out what the actual cause of the unusual right front tire wear was and reports back, no one will know for certain. ;)

I stood in front of my four wheel drive JD today thinking about this thread and looked very carefully at the tires. They are probably have about 50% tread on them but the tires show no cupping or uneven wearing and by eye site the amount of wear looked the same. I have looked back at the pictures as carefully as I can and my first view of them was the right front tire was cupping but don't think that is correct. Believe the front tires are being run with too high air pressure in them on hard surface road.

Verify the pressure in those tires.

Tried to get an idea of the camber angle and seems the right side has a bit more then the left, and is compounded from the left tire being lower pressure. This could be correct due to crown of the road. Unable to get a angle on the hub but will remove the wheel after I get the motor running again and check on the hubs
