Something like that mounts up to the FEL, correct? The others I saw from Mahindra, Kubota, Deere, etc. all seemed to mount below the machine without the FEL attached. Is one style better than the other?
Personally, I wouldn't want to have to bother with taking the FEL off to put the front blade on. I don't see how carefully plowing with a trip-edge blade would be any worse than what we often do with the bucket. The big thing would be to keep the speed down, and learn the area you're plowing to find those spots that will catch the blade and put stress on the FEL. Once you have that sorted out, pushing snow, by itself, isn't going to hurt the machine.
