Try a new coupler on the hose that is causing trouble.

A test threaded hyd coupler will test the function. A fitting that will join the hoses together.

Just remove the QD, install the coupler with female threads. If the bucket works fine, then replace the QD

Have you checked to be sure the QD's aren't crisscrossed?

Thanks for the ideas - I am in an airport and cannot follow through for a couple days.

More History: Loader has never been off tractor in 11 years nor have the QDs been "disconnected" until the dealer worked on tractor a week ago. Called and the dealer did not know what size the QDs are so that I could get the "test coupler". I have been researching the loader manual to see if the hoses are connected correctly and will check that over the weekend. I will also attempt the test connect as well.

If anything I will take the rig to the dealer and have them fix it (for free) and use it as an excuse to have a "Bracken Burger" in San Antonio.

In fairness to the dealer I am sure they will do right for me as compared to other JD shops in Central Texas. Still $60 for a burger due to gas costs for the trip is what I hope to avoid!
