Front frame bolts 630D

I am presently rebuilding a 620D w/FEL. The 6 bolts for the front frame that go into the front of the engine block are not there. There is no evidence that they were everthere. No scratched paint nor can I feel any threads in the engine block. The attached drawing out of the service manual show them in the background. My question is if they are removed to relieve stress on engine block with FEL use. Anyone had a Bull w/FEL apart that can tell me if your bolts are there? I am going to sell this tractor and would hate to put bolts in there to later find out the bell housing bolts let go. Thankyou.

I finally bit the bullet and pulled the front frame and axel off. Bolts had been there but broken off. Drilled out and rethreaded to 5/8 NF. Ordered bolts but Sandy has delayed delivery.
