After searching the LS parts manual for the LL4102, I cannot find a part number or spec for the grease zerks that are used on the FEL. I've broken 3 trying to get my grease gun off. I've tried loosening the fitting on the gun.

First you need to attempt to determine if Zerks are metric or inch threads. On my Kubota Grand L, assembled in Japan, the chassis Zerks are uniformly metric. The Kubota loader, manufactured in Georgia, has inch threads, so far as I can determine. You may or may not find yourself in my situation.

Tractor Supply Co. and Agri Supply both stock metric and inch threaded Zerks, in single size packs and mixed assortments. eBay is another source for Zerks, especially odd sizes and configurations. Zerks are cheap.

Buy yourself a grease gun coupler. Users think couplers are overpriced but are happy they spent the funds and would buy again. Easy on, easy OFF. Coupler decreased my FEL greasing time by at least one third, while it improved grease distribution.

I also highly recommend the LockNLube.

I'd buy you lunch if you were closer; I didn't know this was a thing! Overpriced?! Only if you had never fought with every zerk fitting on a chassis when performing periodic maintenance. Thanks a lot!

I broke one off as well. Replaced it with an m10 I think.
I guess it's time to invest in a LocknLube

Ya over priced but so much better than fighting grease gun

I've got Lock n Lube couplers on pneumatic grease gun and manual grease gun. The grease fittings on my LL4102 loader are recessed and the Lock n Lube diameter is too large to fit into the recess. I use a manual gun with standard coupling for the FEL.

I have a Lock n Lube too. I found only a couple fitting recesses to be too tight.

I relieved the recesses a little with a grinder bit on my Dremel. Lock n Lube fits all now.
