Front End Loader (LA463)

I purchased a brand new Kubota L2800 two weeks ago. The tractor is just a basic 2wd with AG tires and I've also added a 6' Land Pride finish mower. I'd like to add a front end loader later this spring and was wondering why there is such a big difference in cost between my two local dealers. The dealer I purchased the tractor from quoted me a price of $3999 installed for the LA463 loader, while another dealer who is just as close to me but in another direction quoted $3000 for the same loader. Does anyone know what the "list" price is for a LA463 FEL? And what would be considered a fair price? I know that dealers need to make money, but a difference of nearly $1000 seems extreme. Just makes me wonder how much mark up there really is on such an item.

List price is $3500.00. In my area you could buy that loader for $3,150.00 installed excluding ballast in rear tires.
