Oil & Fuel front axle leaking

Hey fellas, Brand new to the site. Looking for some help with my dads kabota L3130 tractor. It is leaking lube from the front axle, it has the proper lube in it. (Left Side) I have mechical skills and Id like to repair this myself to save him some cash. I believe there would be a seal there that needs replaced. Will I need any special tools. Any helpful advice would be appricated. Can I do this myself? Thanks
