Welcome to TBN!

Generally speaking, just a hammer and a chisel or screw driver....hammer in on one side, which rotates it until you can grab it with vice grips, and pull it out. There are lots of videos online that show how to do it...worth watching one or two.

Welcome!

Once you get the old one out, if its hard to access, they make a rubber expandable plug type that works well. It has a bolt through it with a nut that you tighten, which causes the rubber plug to expand. Similar to a boat drain plug. Most auto parts stores have them.

Good Luck!

Gently, they are thin metal you can punch a screw driver threw near one edge then pry it out enough to get hold of it with pliers if necessary.
