Quick qestion guys... didn't see it in the manual. Is there a way to put it in true neutral, like a freewheel mode?

Needed to roll it back a few inches and for the life of me can't figure out how.

Putting it in N should do it. Taking it out of 4WD will help it move easier since the front and rear wheels move at a slightly different ground speed. If you still have a problem then the brakes may be dragging and need adjusted.

Yeah, I tired again and I was able to roll it. Don't know if maybe the brake was engaged when I was trying last time. Was pulling on the only history I have with Hydro transmissions (Sears Tractor). Those require you to manually put it in freewheel.

Thanks!

Is there any harm in doing this?? We have a 1523Hydro, and when working on our driveway, it is easier to let it roll ahead a few feet, rather then starting it up every few minutes??

Thanks,

Will
