How is the grapple end connected to the boom? It looks like only the hydraulic hoses are connecting the grapple and arm, if so I can't see this lasting too long once you pick up a heavy log...

Nice Job. Just got me to thinking....oww!...can't do that. Makes my head hurt...

Anyway, I'm gonna get in my scrap pile and see what's there. I could sure use something like that.
