Foward and backwards

Brand new DK50HST with cab. The HST is faster in reverse than foward. It is the same in all 3 ranges. Went to the dealer and tried another on the lot and it was the same. I have all ready tried adj the pedal stops. still faster in reverse. My problem is not that reverse is to fast, its that I would like to go faster in foward. Any one else have this issue and what was the fix?

Is there a way to reverse the hydraulic control lines @ the motor ??

I wouldn't like that either.

reversing the lines ??? come to think of it...that would be stupid, not to mention dangerous.

MAYBE they're putting the HST drives on backwards from the factory ?

That is odd. Did you mention this to the dealer? All of the Bobcat versions have reverse travel at about 2/3 (67%) of max forward speed, I don't think this is Bobcat specific design.
I just took a look at the pedal setup in service manual. There are adjustable rubber stops on the pedals underneath the platform. Shorten the max travel of reverse pedal. Might want to check the forward setting too, they may have gotten the settings mixed up at the factory. The stop, in forward should contact just before the pedal is at full stroke against it's internal servo piston.
