They look like male and female connectors that don't fit together. Were they put there and left unconnected because they are made to fit an option that didn't come with your tractor?

Those connect to the optional ejection seat, for those who don't like seat belts.

Could they be a connection for diagnostic purposes, just like on the newer cars?
Just plug a computer program in and then it tells you what is wrong, or the correct part to change.
Doesn't look like the two connectors will fit each other anyway.
