Number 4. Back one on passenger side. The heater hoses used to always leak on them. After the coils were fixed the spark plug fiasco started.

I meant 4 but hit 5 on my phone. Yes, tat is the one though. I never had it happen to any of my 6 5.4L trucks but my BIL had it happen twice on two different trucks.

I have seen that happen. I put some dielectric grease on the COP to help keep moisture out when I change plugs in a mod motor.

That's the water problem I was trying to remember.

My money is on a fuel pump or COP/plug. Either way its not going to be cheap.

#6 COP and all plugs getting replaced--~$750 so far...Won't know if there's anything else until that is corrected.

In my experience a motor home is no more difficult than an Econoline to change plugs on.

One of the largest rv dealers in the country is here in town and I've services my share of rv's.

We always have charged a flat rate for things like spark plugs. Number of cylinders determines the price.

It is an Econoline..Still no fun to do anything on that motor...I looked at it first and I hate paying anyone to do anything, but in this case I'll pay it...Not happy at all, but I need it to be reliable.
