1980 ford 1900 what would the compression for this deisel thanks

Welcome to the forum. Diesel engine compression is pretty high. I am not sure what the range is for your tractor.

There is not a spec given for actual compression. Compression ratio is given but not a number that can be read on a comptession tester. Check alll 3 cylinders and see if they are all closee to the same. Just make sure that you have a diesel compression tester. You will blow apart one for a gas engine.What kind of problems are you having.

Diesel cranking compression is in the 450-550 psi range. You need a special guage for diesels
