Ford 800 carb problem

Have an 800 series tractor replaced shut off valve and fuel line. Tractor ran fine but valve was leaking, now won't start and fuel is leaking out intake of carb... Not sure if it's flooded. Plenty of compression and fire. Any ideas??

I agree with checking the needle and seat. My naa did that for awhile due to very fine crud in the tank. The fuel fills up the lower bend of the air intake hose. Your plugs might have been fouled by gas as well.

Bad shutoff and needle/seat issues.

Remove plugs, clean with spray carb cleaner or brake cleaner.

Make sure crankcase doesn't have gas in it..
