ford 655c backhoe to 3pt hitch conversion

Hello,

Does anyone know if a ford 655c backhoe can be converted to a 3pt hitch setup? Does the agriculture tractors and the construction side share the same chassis?

The powertrains are very different from the engine back. Theoretically it could be done, but at great expense. Probably replacing the transmission and rear axle center housing plus adding all the PTO and hydraulic components (lift cover, pump, controls and linkage, & external 3-pt parts).
