Ford 600

I don’t know if this is where it should go, but here is the question. I have a friend with a 1956 Ford 600 whose 3PT hitch will not lift. Prior to not working at all, it seemed to work slowly on an intermittent base. He was told there were a couple of seal that could be replaced through an access cover that might be the problem.

I was hoping that one of you might have experience with this or a similar model and could head us in the right direction. Any ideas would be appreciated.
