Ford 5000 6610 engine head

Looking for engine head bolt torque pattern and lbs adjustment and valve adjustments for BSD 4.4 cylinder bore, a stock BSD engine used in many applications including the 6610 New Holland. Despite paying $8000.00 cash for a new engine, the dealer made off with the manual. Anyone know of a site where, on line, one can find the schematics for such a repair?
