Ford 445 Loader Backhoe Anti freeze in Crankcase

My 3cyl Diesel started smoking and blowing oil out of the muffler. The crankcase had alot of antifreeze in it. It still runs good, is it possible it is just a head gasket? What else could it be.

It could be the head gasket, head, or block. You probably wont be able to tell until you pull the head. I would do a compression test on all cylinders and write down the results prior to pulling the head. That way, you know where to look for a problem, and a visual inspection should confirm the reasons for a lack of compression on any cylinders.
