Thanx!! for the good news ... she really got a Blessed buy from where I stand.

5 years newer than what we thought the tractor was.

I also had time to talk with the fella who sold it to her a bit more when he droped it off.

The more we spoke the more I realized what a wrench he was and how well he'd taken care of the tractor over the years ... to include waxing it.

A well taken care of 70's model thousand series should serve you well. The 4000 was quite strong, and more maneuverable than the larger 5000. ( I have a 5000.. love it.. )
