Ford 4000 - What loader is installed?

Found a ford 4000 with a loader. Can anyone tell me the brand / model and if it is any good?

Wow tractor (looks) like an industrial model and the bucket cylinders are on the inside of the frame

No idea on the loader,

my neighbor has a pre 1965 Gas 4000 and loves it
