some of the bargain basement cheapy UTF fluids do not have good cold pour specs and get kinda thick, unlike some of the other more premium, or less cheap fluids.

that plain 303 fluid might be just fine for florida.. but maybee not NY or michigan.. etc.

One of the hydro pump lines was sucking air! Had it running great till water pump went out

My suction line on the 3400 was sucking air and causing issues for some time. Went through all the rear end hydraulics (needed it anyway) only to find out it was a small leak on a vibration-prone area where the pipe bends just left of your right foot as you sit on the tractor. Really hard area to I.D. the problem as you can't see in there to examine the pipe against the trans housing and it was a very slow leak that only showed up if the 3pt was left raised with the engine off.
