1993 Ford 1920 shuttle shift. I have no power to dash, lights, flashers etc. Try to start, no clicking, nothing. New battery after 11 years, Tried another ignition switch, wired around neutral and pto safety switches. Still no power or starting. I can unplug red wire off starter relay and put 12 volts to it. I then have lights, fuel shut off opens, won't crank, but I can pull start tractor. I can put battery charger on tractor in "start " mode and I will have lights and clicking from starter solenoid, but no start.
Starter solenoid or starter relay my problem ?
Any suggestions appreciated.

I don't remember what other symptoms my Ford 1210 had, but it wouldn't turn over as though the battery was almost dead. The guy at Advance Auto insisted on testing the battery before selling me a new one. It tested OK. I went back and reinstalled the battery and started the process of following the wires to see where the voltage stopped. When I was moving a smaller (maybe 16GA) wire near the starter there was a noticeable limp spot. The copper was broken and the insulation was still intact. One StaKon later it was running again. Corrosion on the battery terminals or a bad ground.
