Installed new head due to cracks, installed in cold temp,just my luck. The install went great, got the motor warmed up with a torpedo heater. Started up for about 30 seconds and stopped, let it sit a a bit and tried again. Ran a lot longer after it warmed up but seemed to lose power. I let it idle at 1000 rpm for about 20 minutes. Idles great and sounds great and went up and down the driveway in1st gear, but when l got to an incline seems to lose power and wants to die. It is very cold out 0 degrees outand it has been sitting since early December. Could the diesel be jelled or what other issue could l look at
