Ford 1510 3 point

1510 ford 3 point only raises when the loader is raised and then settles. The diverted valve is set to the correct position. I'm almost positive there's something up with the 3 point control valve, anyone had experience with this?

I have to wonder if this is a "suddenly developed" problem, and has something involving hydraulics been recently added or changed?

Just happened. Loader works great I was pushing some firewood up into a pile and looked back and realized my 3 point was down looked and the lever was up. It's been working fine up till tonight I'll look at it tomorrow its gotta be a valve hung up or sticking I just figured someone here might know more than me.
