Ford 1500 Clutch Replacement

I am looking to replace the Clutch in my Ford 1500 2wd. I was hoping someone out there might have some info on some free repair material I am comfortable with most of these repairs and don't really want to spend hundreds of dollars on a complete repair manual.

The I&T manual is more like $25-$50 and should give you enough info to replace the clutch
