Ford 1310 head torque specs.

The information I've read calls for 52 KG torque readings. Isn't that over 100 foot pounds on a 8mm head bolt. I pulled them down to 50 and decided that was too much for an 8 mm head bolt.
Could some one give me the proper torque values.
