Ford 1210 Oil change

I am about to change my oil in my Ford 1210 for the fist time (Shibauru) and I do not have a manual. I can cross reference the filter, but how much and what grade of oil should I use?

I have 3.5 quarts (with the filter) listed as the capacity. One of the listed oil grades with the widest temperature range (and my personal favorite) is 15W-40.
