That's great, I'll add it to my list of useful facts.

Here's another one: 1600, 2000, 2400 are leap years. 1700, 1800, 1900, 2100, 2200, 2300 are not leap years.
and another: September 1752 in the US, Canada and England had only 19 days. Other parts of the world switched in other years.

And one that I remember from MAD Magazine in 1961. It is the last "upside down year" for a long, long, time.

Marilyn Monroe: Born 1926 Died 1962

William Holden: Born 1918 Died 1981

I tried to make a palindrome out of those, but "strange" is the best I could come up with.

That would make someone into numerology do backflips!

I have now tried multiple times to sneeze with my eyes open. The results fall into three categories.

- I forget to try to keep them open, and I sneeze normally.

- I try to force my eyes open, and the sneeze goes away.

- I try to force my eyes open, but I close them anyway.

I might have to throw in the towel on this one.

FLAMMABLE and INFLAMMABLE are synonyms and mean exactly the same thing

82.4% of all "facts" are simply made up. :)

Did anybody see you doing that?

You need to be careful with these things, you might just pop your head off of its stalk, or bug your eyes out of their sockets!. ;)

Do not know about the others but the story about Winston Churchill is false.

There are a number of stories about his birth, a common feature of which was that he was born prematurely. That was to obscure the truth: that he was born 7-1/2 months after his American mother, Jennie Jerome of Brooklyn, NY, married Lord Churchill. He proposed three days after they met. She was 20.

She was by any measure, beautiful, a poor mother, and a far-from-admirable human being.

Well I just read this thread from start to finish and it’s the most entertainment I’ve gotten from TBN in months. Great work!
